REFUND POLICY
We understand that you may not be satisfied with the service you requested from the provider you selected, or that you may simply decide to cancel the service before the scheduled start date and time. For this reason, we require all service providers on our platform to upload videos and images of their past work as a mandatory condition. This helps you make an informed decision before submitting a service request.
You, as the client, are solely responsible for choosing the right service provider. However, we also understand that unexpected issues may arise, and you may decide not to proceed with payment or prefer to reach an agreement with the provider.
By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept our Terms & Conditions, including this Refund Policy. As stated in our terms, Socialneed Inc. and needyou provide a platform that facilitates professional connections between users (such as between service requesters and service providers). The company is not legally responsible for the actions or outcomes of individual users.
With that in mind, here are the details of our Refund Policy:
1. Credit Card Refunds
Socialneed Inc. and needyou do not currently issue refunds to credit cards (at least not until we finalize agreements with banks and payment processors). If a refund is approved, it will be processed via a bank transfer in the country where the service was requested. The bank account must belong to the same user who submitted the refund request, and the refund will only be processed after a full case review.
Estimated processing time: 6 to 18 business days.
2. Cancellations Before Service Start
If your refund is approved for a cancellation made before the service begins, a percentage of the total amount paid (typically between 20% to 30%) will be deducted as a penalty. This policy protects service providers who may have lost other work opportunities due to your booking.
The remaining amount will be split equally:

50% will be returned to you.

50% will cover platform maintenance and administrative costs.
3. Refunds for Incomplete Services
In cases where services are not completed, Socialneed Inc. and needyou work with both parties to reach a fair and professional resolution. Options include:

Rescheduling the service

Applying your balance toward a different service provider on the platform
If none of the proposed options are accepted and a refund in local currency is requested, we will proceed within the timeframe specified above. In such cases, a 10% to 15% fee may be deducted to cover operational and administrative costs.
Refunds are issued only to a bank account in the name of the user requesting the refund.
Important Notes
If your case becomes unusually complex, a refund may still be issued, but your user account may be suspended in accordance with the Terms & Conditions you accepted upon registration.
Although Socialneed Inc. and needyou serve only as a channel to connect service needs with professional providers, we do our best to help resolve cases and ensure a fair outcome for both parties.
To request a refund, please complete the following form and provide accurate, truthful information. This information may be shared with both parties and could be used in legal proceedings if necessary.
