At Needyou, we take your privacy seriously. You have full control over your personal data and can request deletion of your account or specific information at any time.

Delete Your Account

 

To permanently delete your account:

 

1. Open the needyou app (while signed in).

2. Go to Main Menu → User → Delete Account

3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

⚠️ Note: Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your personal information, service history, and messages will no longer be available, and you will not be able to log in again. We may temporarily retain certain usage data for approximately 60 days in restricted storage to prevent fraud and allow account recovery upon request during that period. After this period, we will permanently delete or anonymize your information, except where retention is required by law, regulation, or security purposes (for example, fraud prevention, tax compliance, or dispute resolution).

 

If you encounter any issues with the in-app deletion process, you can request account removal via email:

support@socialneed.net

 

Please include the email associated with your account and a request to delete your data. Our team will process it within 30 days.​
 

Partial Data Deletion or Corrections

 

If you want to delete or update only some of your personal data, such as your profile information, payment methods, or service history:

 

1. Send an email to support@socialneed.net with the details of what you want deleted or corrected.

2. Our team will process your request within 30 days.

 

⚠️ Important: Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or accounting purposes, but we will ensure it is stored securely and only as long as required.
